Mr. Antony Xavier is the main promoter of Asraya Bhavan. He has extensive experience of over a decade in the management of persons with Mental Retardation. After their experience he felt that more and more organizations are required to tackle this massive issue.

This vision was translated into a mission he set up 2000 Sq. Ft. building to make the project from his own property at Kadakkara, in Ezhikkara Panchayat of Ernakulam District,Kerala. The rest of the requirements are coming up.
